  1. Select Event for Roll
  2. Selecting Summer Band Program
  3. Auto Sync the Excel File generated from the AZ Check-In Scans
  4. Click to Create or Edit Attendance Events and Groups associated with them


  1. Show Calendar to Select Date
  2. Select Date and Create Roll Marking Form
  3. Click to open an existing Roll Marking Form



  1. Type Last name to locate member – Edit Labels
  2. Click Present or Absent to Mark ALL (This is used only when manually entering attendance
  3. Sort List by Present, Absent, or Name (which is the default)
  4. Type personal note to mail-merge into Email
  5. Turn on Auto-Sync 
  6. Select Group to Email or Text
