iHelp – EZ Check-In

EZ Check-In is a unique Attendance checking program that can be utilized by: Cell Phone app; Bar Codes on a card or label; Typing in a Member #; or even by scanning a finger.

  1. Click Events at the top
  2. Select Date from Calendar
  3. Click Start Scanning
  4. Choose Print Option
  5. Select Nametag Printer and Default Printer
  6. Edit Messages for the Next Screen
  7. Select Options for Scan Screen
  8. Hide or Show Member ID (886 or ***)
  9. Set Delay Time for displaying member Name and Picture with Scan
  10. Toggle between 2 Messages
  11. Show Nametag Design
  12. Edit Nametag Header
  13. Download a Picture or Logo for the Scanning Screen

  2. Select Date from Calendar
  3. Click Start Scanning
