March Madness WP Zoom Demos!
March Madness is right around the corner. Everyone hopes their basketball team makes it to the Final Four!
March Madness basketball is exciting!!
In Music Ministry, there is a different type of Madness. THAT madness is using an online planning program just because that’s “what everyone else is using.” That online program is excellent for what it does. It simply does not provide the support for building and managing choirs. WorshiPlanner (WP) gives you the tools that can enhance the choir and help you to build it.
The purpose of the WP Zoom Demos is to introduce you to the best software to manage all aspects of Music Ministry. The demos will be 29 minutes in length and will be very user friendly.
For attending, you will receive:
- a thorough demo of WP
- your choice of The Modulator (valued at $79) or Music Made Easy software (valued at $99) from Bugle Boy Music
- a link to our Build Your Choir Back video
- a link to share 53 Music Teaching Videos with your choir members
The WP Zoom Demos will be held on the Final Four Tuesdays and Thursdays of March. You will need to register for the Zoom Demo at least 1 day prior. You may also invite a friend who does not use WP yet to join you.

The Tuesday Zoom Demos will begin at 11 AM ET (Eastern Time).
The Thursday Zoom Demos will begin at 3 PM ET.
Please join the Zoom meeting a few minutes early so we can begin on time. After you register for the Zoom Demo, you will receive your ticket to the Meeting in your Inbox.
