By Pasting a link to a YouTube or Vimeo video, you can play the video from the Main Library window.

The Reports Menu lets you show Preparation Levels by Level or all together.

The most accomplished choir directors rehearse a song for 5 to 6 weeks before performing the song in church. Our NEW Preparation Level system lets you set the level of a Song after rehearsal to remind you next week of Rehearsal time on that Song.

Double Clicking a Song opens the Select Rehearsal form to set the Preparation Level of that Song. You set the perceived level of Preparation. At a glance you can tell which songs need the most rehearsing.

The Planning button on the Reports Menu lets you see which songs are ready and which ones still need work.
You can also see a list of Songs used within any date range.

The Library Reports shows reports of every description, from Box Labels to Library Cards to List of Songs. You can create PDF's or Open in Word for additional editing.
