Members scan their QR Code printed on an Avery Business card, or a label on a card or their choir folder with the D2 Barcode Scanner (like the Motorola DS9208), and they are checked in to the rehearsal or other event. Seconds later, send a text message or email based on attendance. This is the easiest way to check-in members!

How does EZ Check-In work?

• EZ Check-In is an accessory for WorshiPlanner
• A QR Code of their Member ID is created in WorshiPlanner and printed on a card or label
• The Member ID is auto-generated in WorshiPlanner, or you may use a unique number of your own choosing
• The code is scanned and their attendance is recorded
• Hands-free D2 barcode scanner (like Motorola DS9208)
• Computer capable of running Microsoft Office.

Does EZ Check-In work with Connection Partners?

• Absolutely!
• When members check in they click a button if their Connection Partner asked them to mark the roll for them.
• This is entered into the computer and immediately you can send Emails or Texts based on attendance and Connection!
