MMP MainMenu

Mark Me Paid is a software program for managing individual and group payments.  Create your accounts, add your groups and you  are ready to:

  • keep accurate accounting of financial records
  • generate receipts and statements for individual
  • see group totals on each account or every account
  • email the group and attach individual statements
  • mail-merge payments and balances into emails and text messages

  • There is no limit to the number of accounts
  • Members can be in multiple accounts
  • Members can be emailed or text messaged as individuals or a group
  • Quick Reports for #10 envelopes, post cards, and letters for all members of the selected group
  • Additional reports using member data are available in the Reports module

  1. Current Active Account
  2. Selected Member (Ashton Ardoin) double click to open member Account Card
  3. Selected Member’s Data for current account and All accounts
  4. Transaction Register (Note that only Tagged records appear in reports)
  5. Document Entry form (Application, Medical Release, etc.)
  6. Data Entry to enter all payments made today
  7. Group and Individual statements
  8. Group personalized email (attach PDF statements, mail merge payments and balances, include email to parents)
  9. Group Texting (mail merge payments and balances)

Add Member to This Account

  • Select account
  • Click Add Member
  • Select Member from list

Add Group to This Account

  • Select account
  • Click Add Member

Email to Account Members

MMP EMail Account

  1. Opens the Email form with this Account in the “To: box”
  2. Merges First Name, Roommate, Personal Note, Payments, Balance and up to 5 Documents
  3. Email must have a subject
  4. Enter email message in rich text format
  5. Change colors, fonts, size, etc.
  6. Upload pictures
  7. Use saved Email Templates
  8. Save current Email
  9. Go to email Setup page
  10. Attach all PDF Statements for Account Members
  11. Attach additional docs
